Background

Our Story

Pluck is a new kind of food truck in the Bay Area. We use fresh, quality ingredients, culinary technology and classic cooking techniques to deliver artisan duck dishes from our Sprinter van.Our duck pastrami, smoked duck breast and duck confit is all made in house, and we make our salsa verde, foie gras mousse, pickled onions and mushrooms, onion jam, and side pickles in house as well. We use the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables, from partners like Petaluma's 38 North Farm and McEvoy Ranch, Cowgirl Creamery, Hudson Valley Farms, and Sun Noodles. We believe in the humane treatment of animals, and have designed our business to be sure there is no waste. We use every part of the duck, even using the bones for stock. Our containers are compostable or recyclable, and we use local suppliers whenever possible, to minimize our environmental impact. We love great food, good music and fun events and want to share and experience these things with you. Thanks for dining with us!

Planning your next event? Don't stress. Just pick the type of event and we will take it from there. Each event has a custom menu that can be adjusted for any food restrictions as well. Our food truck will come to your location or we can set up on site.
